The Bill (Reg.№3479) envisages the amendments to Laws "On State Service" and "On Pension Insurance" that allot the right on the pension for the state officers who had been working in the state power bodies and retired until the introduction of the Law "On State Service".
The members of the Committee deem that the introduction of the amendments will have considerable juridical complications because of the absence of the direct coordination post categories that the officers occupied with the adopted by the Law "On State Service" post categories.
The people´s Deputies stressed that the realization of the principles of the bill needs extra expenses from the State Budget.
